Shipping Policies

• FEI provides same-day shipping for all in-stock equipment and supplies.

 

• FEI will ship via UPS or Federal Express worldwide. Each service provides daily delivery as early as 8:30 a.m. Saturday delivery and same-day delivery are available also, if needed.




• FEI provides tracking numbers for each shipment leaving our facility for the purchaser.

• FEI will drop ship orders from our vendors to clients for out-of-stock items or special orders. There are no extra shipping fees for drop shipped orders.



• FEI offers local deliveries free of charge to companies within Allegheny County and bordering communities.



• Equipment returned to FEI can be sent standard next day delivery. Early morning or Saturday delivery is not required.
