But what you need is just part of the story. Getting your order to you when and where you need it is just as important. When you work with FEI, you can expect the high level of customer service you're accustomed to from placing your order through return shipping.
All of FEI's 14 offices provide free local delivery and pick-up. Talk to your customer service representative about the availability of this service to your project site or office.
Equipment ships via UPS or FedEx worldwide. Each service provides daily delivery as early as 8:30 a.m. Saturday delivery and same-day delivery are available also, if needed. Visit their web sites to check the status of your shipment using the tracking numbers provided to you.

FEI has set another new standard in the environmental rental equipment industry. Our domestic return shipping program takes the worry and work out of returning equipment.
Work out the logistics of returning equipment with your customer service representative when you place your order. FEI will include return shipping documents with your order. All you have to do is pack and seal the box, apply the label and drop the package off at the nearest location of your preferred shipper.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not return hazardous materials when you return equipment. This includes gases that you didn't use. It is illegal to ship these materials.
