As the Pittsburgh technical customer service representative, responsibilities will include working with new and existing customers to provide exceptional service and support consistent with company culture and client expectations.
Ideal candidates have a strong knowledge of the environmental market space in environmental consulting, field work, sampling, remediation, industrial hygiene, health and safety, or environmental related services and a desire to leverage those experiences to work with a unique service provider. Ideal candidates will also have prior work experience in customer service related sectors.
Successful candidates are positive, problem solvers, energetic and versatile, and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously. You will receive extensive on-the-job training about company processes and standards, and learn how the company positions itself to assist customer within the evolving environmental industry.
