I am writing this email to thank your team at Field Environmental Instruments (FEI). Breanne Brooks assisted me with my rental and purchasing needs for a recent project of mine. Due to the short notice, I truly believed that my audit project in Colorado was going to be cancelled, however Breanne and the FEI team diligently worked to provide me with all that I needed, and not only did they just come through, but the products were better than what I expected.
I was so busy coordinating my project that I didn’t have much time to explain a whole lot, and luckily Breanne had excellent product knowledge and knew what I needed. Breanne really helped my project be a success. That type of work ethic and dependability is rare and very appreciated.
I am now a loyal FEI customer and I am directing my clients to your company for all of their environmental needs. Thank you for your team’s stellar efforts and high quality products.

Thanks for the follow-up call last week. As I mentioned, all the equipment we rented from FEI worked well. And if it didn’t I was confident that either your technical department or your fabulous customer service would guarantee that we would have what we needed to complete our tasks successfully. This was underscored by the fact that the drilling company we used on this project rented equipment from one of your competitors. The drillers were sent equipment that was not capable of performing all the tasks at hand, some of the equipment broke and damaged our well, and the competitor’s customer service was not responsive. I told the drillers that the next time they should call FEI.
Thanks again for all your help each and every time. And tell your colleague that I hope she had fun in the snow at Soldier Field, even if the Penguins lost.

Just wanted to drop a note and say thank you for your quick and timely response to our equipment needs in the field. Taking the time to get up early in the morning to deliver a replacement pump controller to us in the field in El Dorado, KS by 7:30 AM is not a part of customer support you will find among your competitors. It is your dedication and commitment to your customers that keeps us coming back to Field Environmental for all of our field sampling and testing needs.

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciate working with the guys over at the Mpls/St. Paul Field location. We just had a crazy week with short notice stuff, needing close to seven air pumps and all sorts of calibration help. Art and Joey were more than accommodating and were so helpful in getting us the equipment we needed in a timely fashion.
This is by no means the first time they have held my hand through a project or literally done anything they could to get me the equipment and supplies to do my job right. They are a pleasure to work with and will continue to be my go-to people for all things environmental equipment. The kind of customer service they provide is what gets you repeat customers. Thank you.

Once again Field Environmental comes to the rescue. After finding out that no data downloaded from an expensive trip to Phoenix (two weeks ago), I had pretty much accepted the fact that I would not be able to complete the project. One call to Field Environmental and my potentially VERY expensive problem was gone! The entire Field Environmental organization is OUTSTANDING! This is not the first time you have saved my company THOUSANDS of dollars in lost time and projects by providing EXCEPTIONAL customer service, and you do it without blinking an eye!
A sincere THANK YOU to everyone at field Environmental. I can rent equipment from many other companies (and I have), but your superb Customer Service is what keeps me coming back; you have a customer for life. I have experienced the “value” of other companies and there is NO comparison to your company!

Our company has used Field Environmnental Instruments, Inc., for many years. Your representatives, no matter which office we used, were friendly and knowledgeable and I always felt your customer service was slightly better than average, which was one of the reasons we selected FEI. Little did I know how much better your company really is! Let me tell you about a situation we ran into, and how your company, specifically the Kansas City office staff, went far above any service I could ever anticipate or expect.
Due to a very troublesome job we encountered, and through no fault of your company, I was told to change suppliers to a competitor that was $5 cheaper.
After describing a series of mistakes by the other rental company he proceeded to write:
Faced with a completely botched site-visit and in a panic, I immediately thought of FEI and gave John Shandrick a call at your office in Olathe, Kansas. John immediately went to work locating two pumps which were due to be returned to his office. After locating them, he called me with the good news.
He explained how John went the extra mile to meet him so he wasn't driving all day to pick up the equipment and continued:
Saving a total of $10 almost cost my company several hundred and our client several thousand! With John's help we were able to complete our work with no inconvenience to our client.
He closed with several points that summarized our goals in working with customers, but this sentence in particular was gratifying:
Your equipment is always where I want it, when I want it there, it always functions properly, and your company's communications with your customers is outstanding.
